Park Lane must be the prettiest street in Downtown Kirkland. I hope the planners will considerRead Morethose people with Accessibility issues when deciding what will replace the sidewalks. I don't mean just those who require wheelchairs, but also those that are required to use knee walker scooters, crutches or walkers with wheels. I was temporarily handicapped for two years and eventually gave up taking a day out to shop because the experience because unbearable due to the inconsistent side walk surfaces.

The actual bond service starts at $10.475Mil or $0.27 / $1000 the first year. Rises to $49.856 Mil in 2035 or $0.73 / 1000 for houses now over $1mil adjusted for inflation. So it seems you are bad at math. So 2018 is nominally $350 a year added burden to the home owners climbing to $470 a year. This is on top of all the other bonds that the citizens are paying on.
