It's a bird-eat-bird world out here on the urban fringes, and your back yard is the stage for the drama.
Come to Eastside Audubon's monthly program this Thursday evening, Feb. 23, for a presentation by wildlife scientist Stan Rullman, a University of Washington Ph.D. candidate, on the interaction between birds of prey and songbirds in the Puget Sound suburbs.
The program starts at 7 at Northlake Unitarian Universalist Church, 308 Fourth Avenue South, Kirkland. Come at 6:30 for refreshments and casual conversation.
