Wednesday, October 3 – The Finn Hill Neighborhood Alliance (FHNA) is sponsoring a neighborhood meeting in the cafeteria of Finn Hill Middle School (132nd and 84th) to review Kirkland Propositions 1 and 2 on the November ballot. This is an important meeting and we urge you to make every effort to attend.

The meeting starts at 7pm, Oct. 3, with neighborhood updates. Presentations on the levies will begin around 7:30pm.

City staff will summarize Proposition 1, a levy for road maintenance and traffic improvements, and Proposition 2, a levy to maintain and improve Kirkland parks. Speakers for and against each proposition will also make presentations and answer questions from the audience. If you want to learn more about each measure, check out the city’s fact sheets on Proposition 1 and Proposition 2.

The FHNA board has unanimously voted to endorse Proposition 2, the levy that supports parks.
