Historic Walking Tours Return to Downtown Redmond on May 6

Local historian Tom Hitzroth will be sharing his array of Redmond knowledge during a series of tours this spring and summer.

The Redmond Historical Society will once again be offering downtown walking tours this spring and summer, with additional events planned to honor the city's centennial.

The historic tours will be held from 1 to 2:30 p.m. on May 6, May 20, June 3, June 17 and Sept. 9. Groups will meet in front of the Justice White House,Β 7730 Leary Way NE.

The historical society also plans to lead a tour of the Redmond Cemetery on July 15 and a haunted house tour on Sept. 30. A starting location for these two events has not yet been finalized.
