Come celebrate Arbor Day and help plant the future forest of Kirkland's Crestwoods Park! This is a great event to help the forest, work side by side with your neighbors, and give back to our wonderful parks. Once the work is done we will celebrate Arbor Day with a ceremonial tree planting celebration and free pizza!

The band Pearl Jam is funding the event through the conservation group Forterra, as it did last year when guitarist Stone Gossard showed up, including paying for more than 500 native plants to put into the ground!  Please spread the volunteer opportunity to family, friends, schools, businesses, work places, and non-profit organizations.
