Pets of the Week: Best Friends Gracie and Trooper Need New Home
The 9-year-old pair were turned over to MEOW Cat Rescue in Houghton after a family member developed allergies.
Β
Gracie and Trooper are not siblings, but have been together most of their lives, are best friends, are both gorgeous, and need a new home. They were turned over to Houghton's MEOW Cat Rescue shelter by a family that developed allergies.
Gracie is female domestic short hair calico mix and Trooper is a male domestic short hair Siamese mix flame-point. Both are nine years old and in excellent health.

They have lived with dogs and children and got along great with both. These two can be found lounging in one of the free-roaming rooms at MEOW. They have such a gentle demeanor about them and nothing really seems to phase them. They are two easygoing, affectionate and playful cats, just looking for a place to call home.
And....with MEOW's current promotion, the adoption fee for both of these beautiful cats is only $30. But hurry because the promotion ends Sunday, Sept. 30.

Gracie and Trooper have been spayed/neutered, microchipped, are current on vaccines and dewormings.Β Additionally, both had a dental cleaning with extractions in August - they are good to go! If you might have a warm home for this pair, see www.meowcatrescue.org or call 425-822-6369.
