Winner of the Best Northwest Acoustic Jazz Ensemble Award from Earshot Jazz, Seattle Repertory Jazz Orchestra presents “Benny Carter's Peaceful Warrior: A Tribute to Martin Luther King.” This all-star band “cuts to the heart of classic jazz styles and makes them sing," says the Seattle Times.
