Singer Coty Hogue at Heritage Hall May 30

The Kirkland Heritage Society presents folk singer Coty Hogue in concert at Kirkland's on Wednesday, May 30, 7 p.m.

Coty grew up in Philipsburg, Montana and has been called the "Emmylou Harris of a new generation." Singing with banjo and guitar accompaniment she mixes traditional, contemporary and original songs, taking you on an Americana music journey. Her rendition of the traditional song 'Going to the West' charted #1 on the Folk-DJ radio charts this past summer.

Hopelink's actions mandating Section 8 housing went too far. Sorry, you are off our list ofRead More organizations to support even though the support before was robust. City council listened to organized carpetbaggers and not the citizens they are sworn to represent. All that can be replaced need to go at the next election Hopelink needs to find folks to contribute who have not been done wrong by this organization.
