Snow Ball

On Saturday, December 10, 2011, from 6-9 PM Kirkland Arts Center will host its 2nd Annual Snow Ball event at the KAC Store. The KAC Store first opened its doors in 2009 and this year's Snow Ball event will showcase work by established and emerging artists. Guests will have the opportunity to add these inspired works to their collections and enjoy food, cocktails and festivities.

Snow Ball is a benefit for the Kirkland Arts Center that will showcase the diverse programming of KAC's Education Department. There will be printmaking and ceramics demonstrations, and this year Iron Potter is back by popular demand, putting our most skilled ceramics artists to the test! Two ceramics artists are given a surprise object to make (such as a vase, a bowl, or a cup) and must compete to make the best work in one hour. The event will also include contests, karaoke, and cocktails, food, and a cakewalk.

Tickets to Snow Ball are $15 each and can be purchased online, by phone at 425-822-7161, or in person at Kirkland Arts Center on the corner of Market Street and 7th in Kirkland. For more information, contact Talia Silveri.
Join us in celebrating Spring with the sale of student ceramic work. We’ll have an amazing variety of pieces, from functional pottery to sculpture, at a wide range of prices, including those “priced to sell”.
