in Woodinville has hired Matt Hagerman, formerly of Kirkland's , as its general manager.
“Matt Hagerman’s passion for guest service and proven track record as a hospitality leader will be a tremendous asset to the team," Denny Fitzpatrick, regional director at Benchmark Hospitality International, said in a press release. "His professionalism, integrity, and ability to have fun complements the Willows Lodge culture."
Hagerman served as the general manager at at Carillon Point until last spring, where he also managed its large dining operations, improving customer feedback scores to an all-time high, according to the press release. Prior to the Woodmark, Hagerman was a key member of the opening team at Hotel 1000 in downtown Seattle and served as the hotel manager.
Hagerman began his luxury hospitality career with The Kimpton Group after graduating from the University of Washington. At Kimpton, he began working in the sales department and later worked his way up through the rooms division. He moved on to serve as the hotel manager, acting director of sales & revenue manager at the Bellevue Club Hotel.
