Exciting Golf-themed Flatstick Pub is a winner

The anticipation is over --- Flatstick Pub, a craft beer bar and indoor mini-golf course just opened in downtown Kirkland. Owners Sam and Andy Largent say business has been great at Flatstick, located at 15 Lake Street, next to Marina Park.
“We are extremely happy to be here,” Largent said. “The people of Kirkland have been so welcoming and we really appreciate it.  Our Grand Opening last Sunday was a huge success, everyone that has been in seems to like the concept.”
The new pub features Washington-brewed beer on 24 taps and can provide growlers to go. Popular Washington wine and cider are also served. The craft beer, indoor mini-golf and great lakeside location make it a popular combination for classy fun.

A unique feature of the pub is that patrons are encouraged to order food from neighboring establishments to be delivered right to their table. “While we chose not to serve food, you are welcome to order or bring in take-out from any number of our friendly, local restaurants such as Cactus, Zeek’s Pizza, Vista Lago and Jimmy Johns,” Largent said.

Flatstick Pub also hosts private parties and corporate events at their scenic Kirkland location. The modern nine hole mini-golf course in the back of the pub has proven to be both fun and challenging.
The owners said Flatstick Pub has numerous events already scheduled, including special Brewer’s Nights where local breweries can feature their craft beer. Other activities include Trivia Night Thursdays, mini-golf leagues and tournaments, pint discounts, and other fun activities. Happy hour is Monday – Friday from 3pm – 6pm.
The pub is open daily from noon to midnight daily with extended hours on Friday and Saturday nights. The latest information about events and other information is available on Facebook as well as at FlatstickPub.com.
