Are You Doing the Puyallup This Year?

We're looking for members of the community to feature in stories about the fair

This year's Puyallup Fair  is from Sept. 9-25, and Patch will be there! Staff from the 14 Patch sites in the Puget Sound region, as well as regional and West Coast editors, will host a booth at the fair Sept. 9-15 -- and we're looking for Kirkland folks who will be attending and might want to blog about the experience.

Maybe you have a home brew with a good chance at earning a blue ribbon, or are a quilter planning on showing your handiwork. Maybe you're a thrill-seeker with a goal to climb on every ride. Or perhaps your sweet tooth craves a scone, elephant ear and deep fried Twinkie -- all in one day (personally, I look forward to the grilled onion burgers!).

Whatever your fair plans, we want to know about them! Email editor Greg Johnston at greg.johnston@patch.com. At any rate, be sure to stop by the Patch booth and give us a hearty howdy!
