• This morning’s sunrise is at 6:50 a.m. and tonight’s sunset is at 7:16 p.m.

• The Kirkland Kids Triathlon is at 10 a.m. at . Come cheer on our community’s youth as they attempt to complete a 50-yard swim, a one-mile bike ride and a quarter-mile run.

• It’s the Finn Hill area’s annual get-together with DennyFest from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at . Come and enjoy free live music, food and fun with arts and crafts, pie contests and a trail walk at 2 p.m.
