• This morning’s sunrise is at 6:29 a.m. and tonight’s sunset is at 7:48 p.m.

• Peter Kirk Pool is hosting its End of Summer Pool Party, the final Family Fun Night for the season. A $4 admission fee provides you with arts and crafts, pool games and music. It’s sure to make a splash.

• It’s Kids’ Day at the at from 3-7 p.m. Kill two birds with one stone; grocery shop and provide wholesome amusement for the kids. The children’s entertainment will include puppet shows, free games, arts and crafts and even farm animal fun with dwarf goats.
