Facebook.com is testing ways to allow users under 13 years old, The Wall Street Journal reports.

The article states that millions of users already fake their ages on the popular website, so this is a way to let them join without lying. Under the test model, parents would be able to monitor child accounts by connecting them to their own. That way, Facebook is still in compliance with federal regulations regarding children under 13 online.
