2013 Holiday Art Market and Open House

The
Kirkland Arts Center opens its doors December 7th from 10am to 7pm for
the holidays with a festive event - the "KAC Holiday Art Market and Open
House" will feature:  



  • 25 local artists, designers and craftspeople with selections from variety of mediums upstairs in the Skylight Room

  • Large pottery sale of student's and teacher's work in the Gallery

  • Children's craft area

  • Iron Potter competition at 5pm in the Ceramics Lab

  • "Gone to the Dogs" exhibit in the Gallery

  • Yappy Hour at 5pm (beer and wine) in the Gallery

  • Onsite registration for Art Classes (ages 2 to 102 - beginning through advanced)

  • Music

  • Tour the historic 121 year old Peter Kirk Building

Shop for gifts of enduring beauty at this free public event.
Witness your children's creativity at the craft table.  Marvel at the
clay creations made by the masters before your eyes during the "Iron
Potter" competition, and cast a vote for your favorite. Enjoy libations
at our "Yappy Hour" in the music filled gallery, while viewing 40
artists canine creations on display in an exhibit titled "Gone to the
Dogs". This will soon become a new favorite holiday tradition!  Plenty
of free street parking.
