Party time!

Come out and party with Kirkland Greenways & other non-profits and community groups at the September Block Party!

When:  Saturday September 14th, from 3:00-7:00pm
What: Food, music, games, crafts, face-painting, free bike-fix booth, bouncy-play & much more!
Who: Everyone! Family-friendly and fun!
Where: The lot at Lake Washington United Methodist Church in Kirkland at 7525 132nd Ave NE.
Why: Party with your neighbors, enjoy the last days of sunshine & have fun!

Getting there: Kirkland Greenways will also be hosting a Greenway Walk to this party, starting at 2:00pm at Mark Twain Elementary, with checkpoints along the community-proposed greenway where you can meet-up with the group and arrive just in time to start the party!

We'll have spoke-cards (and more) for all our greenways supporters... And donations of $35 or more to Kirkland Greenways gets you an awesome t-shirt to wear!  Neighbor Jim McElwee will be doing bike-maintenance checks (just in time for school) and we'll have ride sign-ups for families who want to take a little break from the festivities to have a quick tour of the Rose Hill greenway route.

We'll also have the ever-popular maps to markup too! Show us your favorite places in Kirkland, and the trouble-spots too - Don't miss out: SAVE the DATE!
