First Responders & Armed Forces Day

May 17 is both First Responders Day and Armed Forces Day, and ACM is celebrating all of the brave men and women who serve in these crucial roles!

First Responders Day:

Check out historic emergency vehicles from the Seattle Metropolitan Police Museum and the Emergency Vehicle Owners and Operators Association on the Anderson Plaza from 10 am - 3 pm.

First responders with ID will receive $10 ACM admission on Saturday, May 17.

Armed Forces Day:

ACM is proud to be part of Blue Star Museums to offer free admission days to our Military.

Blue Star Museums is a collaboration among the National Endowment for the Arts, Blue Star Families, the Department of Defense, and more than 2,000 museums in all 50 states. ACM offers daily military admission discounts and free admission days* on Armed Forces Day, May 17; Memorial Day, May 26; and Veterans Day, November 11. Free military admission days are offered to active duty U.S. military - Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, as well as members of the National Guard and Reserve, U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps, NOAA Commissioned Corps - and up to five family members.

ACM will also be at Joint Base Lewis-McChord all day Saturday celebrating Armed Forces Day and providing information about the Museum.
