For ESL Adults Who Want Jobs: Classes Beginning Soon!

Hopelink is offering free English For Work classes in Kirkland beginning July 10.

Students in these ESL classes:


* Learn to speak about their skills and experiences

* Learn to search for a job                         

Find out what's happening in Kirklandwith free, real-time updates from Patch.

* Develop a resume and a cover letter

* Practice interview skills

Find out what's happening in Kirklandwith free, real-time updates from Patch.

* Learn about United States work culture

* Learn to communicate with coworkers and supervisors

* Develop basic computer skills

Classes meet Monday and Wednesday mornings from 9-11:30 a.m. through September 25.

Anyone who in interested in joining a class must attend the new-student orientation at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 10 at Hopelink in Kirkland (11011 120th Ave NE.) You can call ahead to reserve a space at the orientation or just come to Hopelink at 9 a.m.
