Volunteer to Help Restore Juanita Bay Park

Join Juanita Bay Rollers and community
volunteers as they gather each month to remove invasive species and plant native plants in Juanita Bay Park.
 
Where to meet: Juanita Bay Park, September 28, 10am to 1pm
               2201 Market St.
               Kirkland, WA 98033
               Meet at the kiosk 

What to Bring:
Please dress for the weather (layers are encouraged), wear close-toed shoes and clothes that you don't mind getting dirty.
Bring a filled water bottle and snacks to munch on. Tools and training will be provided

Youth Volunteers:
Volunteers age 14-17 attending the event without a parent or guardian must bring a waiver signed by a parent or guardian to the
event with them. Go to www.greenkirkland.org to download the Green Kirkland Youth Volunteer Waiver.
Volunteer under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

Directions:
 
Interstate 405, take Exit 20A (Northeast 116th Street) and turn left onto Northeast 116th Street.
Turn left onto 98th Avenue Northeast (which becomes Market Street), and drive
about a half-mile along the lakeshore to the parking lot on the right (across from the fire station).

From southbound I-405, take Exit 20
(Northeast 124th Street exit) and turn right onto 124th. Turn left onto 100th
Avenue Northeast, which becomes 98th Avenue Northeast (which becomes Market
Street), and continue as above.
