Flowers, Food & Sunshine: Juanita Market Opens 2013 Season Friday

The forecast calls for mostly sunny skies and 73 degrees for the May 10 opening of this year's Juanita Friday Market at Juanita Beach Park.

Mr. Weatherman is forecasting a perfect day for the opening of the 2013 Juanita Friday Market -- mostly sunny and 73 -- which will kick off this week in a splash of flowers, crafts, early local produce and speciality foods.

In the Juanita Beach Park parking lot, this year’s farmer’s market will run from May 10 through Oct. 4, 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
