Triceps Workouts For Mass | Dumbbell Floor Press

So let’s assume you’re a fan of working out.  You look fit, and it’s unmistakable that you hit the gym regularly.  Inevitably you’re going to be at a party, among your co-workers or even and the gym when someone asks you to “flex for me”. Show me your muscles they say.  Whadda ya do?
