Collision on 405 nb and SR522 on 9/20/13

If you witnessed the collision on I-405 northbound at SR522 junction at approx. 12:15pm today, 9/20/13...please post info here if you were able to get the name on the semi or the license plate number.

My daughter was traveling w/her boyfriend in the westbound lane of SR522 going into Woodinville when a purple tractor trailer semi abruptly changed lanes from that same lane back onto 405 north.

He hit them and kept on going, then they were rear ended by a very large PSE truck.

Thank God both are fine...car was totaled, impact blew out rear windshield...major damage.

I would like to thank the Good Samaritan who stopped to check on them and to the others that stopped on the freeway.

This is a definite hit and run...I am more than sure that the driver saw the havoc he caused in his rearview mirror.

He changed lanes twice on 522 before going back onto 405 north.

My daughter said he slowed down as if to look for a few seconds then sped away.

As for the driver of the semi...shame on you!  How dare you drive so recklessly and put many people in danger?!?

I hope the state patrol finds you so you can't endanger anyone again...the company you drive for needs to fire you as well.

You are a liability to them and to all drivers.

I appreciate and thank you for any and all info from witnesses.
