Mr. Mortland is surprisingly open and candid. Pity the schools in Washington have bought into the testing, common core and other disasters instead ofr teaching History, Science, Music, Math, Engineering. But then the WEA is not about education just continuing their past failures at public expense. The kids are just collateral damage.
