Really?, Vote no on Prop #3

Another $775 million on construction bonds to replace buildings built just a few years back.
The taxpayers deserve andthe children deseerve better than endless very expensive construction projects. How about improving the graduation rates, fixing the lack of preparedness for entering college. If your going to spend my money be honest about how much and where it is going.
Vote Yes on 1 &2 but NO on Prop 3.
