CanYouID.me: Kirkland Police Seek Tips in Fraud Case

Police are trying to locate two individual from this Juanita surveillance footage wanted for questioning in a fraud case involving a victim in Texas.

Kirkland Police are seeking tips in a fraud case from April, and have a possible suspect photo from surveillance video posted on CanYouID.me, a website used by law enforcement officers around the state.

According to Detective Corporal Don Carroll of the Kirkland Police Department, a credit card number belonging to a woman in Texas (the victim is still in possession of the card) was used for a transaction at the Juanita Rite-Aid on April 6.  T

Police still have not undetermined how the card number was obtained by the suspects, and are seeking help from the public to identify them.
