Kirkland Liquor Theft Suspects Arrested in Issaquah

A pair of Seattle-area residents were arrested in possession of 30 bottles of liquor during a traffic stop in Issaquah.

Issaquah police have arrested pair of suspected liquor thieves after a string of thefts in Kirkland, Issaquah, and elsewhere on the Eastside.

Officers arrested a 39-year-old Seattle woman and an 18-year-old SeaTac man for organized retail theft July 21, 2013. Police caught the suspects during a traffic stop as they attempted to flee from a recent theft. The investigation uncovered 30 bottles of liquor and evidence of numerous thefts.

The suspects allegedly targeted QFC and Safeway stores in Issaquah, Kirkland and Redmond.

They were booked into the King County Jail for organized retail theft. The case is under investigation by the Issaquah Police Department.
