Issaquah Police arrested Seattle Seahawks linebacker Leroy Hill Tuesday afternoon on suspicion of unlawful imprisonment and third-degree assault after a 26-year-old Issaquah woman reported that he had kept her in his home against her will and assaulted her several times.

Issaquah officers contacted a 26-year-old female Issaquah resident, who reported that her boyfriend, Leroy Hill, assaulted her several times during the day, and that he kept her in his residence against her will.

She stated that Hill blocked the doorway and would not allow her to leave the residence and took her cell phone. The woman was reportedly able to escape the residence when Hill used the bathroom.

The woman was transported to Swedish Hospital in Issaquah, where she was treated and released.

Officers made contact with Hill, a 30-year-old Issaquah resident, at the 60 block of Cougar Ridge Drive Northwest. Hill was subsequently arrested and taken to the Issaquah City Jail.

Police said Hill will be booked into the King County Jail for unlawful imprisonment - domestic violence, as well as third-degree assault - domestic violence.

It's not Hill's first brush with the law. Back in 2010, the Seahawks told Hill to skip a mini-camp in Renton to deal with personal issues after he was arrested in Issaquah on suspicion of domestic violence, the Huffington Post reported. He had also faced marijuana charges in Georgia.

This case is currently under investigation. Questions may be directed to 425-837-3200.
