This is a 5 story, 143 unit apartment complex with 243 required parking spaces to be built on the property at 10th Avenue South and Lake Street, property currently occupied by a restaurant and Michael's Dry Cleaning. The proposal increases density nearly 10 TIMES over that of the surrounding neighborhood, and would be the only 5 story building between the Central Business District and Carillon Point. Both City staff and the developer will be present to answer questions.
