What's Open and What's Closed Today Around Kirkland?

Here's a list of what offices will be open for Presidents Day which is Monday, Feb. 21:

: Closed.

Lake Washington School District: Closed (Classes resume on Tuesday, Feb. 22 with end of second winter vacation)

King County Library System (including the ): Closed.

Garbage collection: Crews will collect as usual.

King County government: Closed.

King County Metro: Reduced weekday schedule.

King County Transfer Stations: Open.

State of Washington: Closed.

State liquor stores: Most will be open.

Washington State Ferries: All routes will operate on a normal schedule.

Federal government (including the U.S. Postal Service): Closed to honor Washington's Birthday.

Banks: Many, if not most, will be closed.

Express delivery companies: FedEx and UPS will be open.
