The 1891-built Market Street building includes a 3,500-square-foot remodeled residence above the commercial space.

The Joshua Sears Building, at 725 Market, was recently listed for sale for a cool $5.8 million.

According to the property listing, the Joshua Sears building, which was built in 1891, is currently listed on the National and State historic registry.

The 10,500-square-foot building includes a 3,500-square-foot residence that was remodeled using original brick mixed with modern conveniences and finishes.

The 7,000-square-foot commercial space fronts Market St. and is currently leased.

Hopelink's actions mandating Section 8 housing went too far. Sorry, you are off our list ofRead More organizations to support even though the support before was robust. City council listened to organized carpetbaggers and not the citizens they are sworn to represent. All that can be replaced need to go at the next election Hopelink needs to find folks to contribute who have not been done wrong by this organization.
