Qigong Classes

Qigong is similar to Tai Chi, yet more meditative and easy. This form of Qigong is Supreme Science Qigong, where the slow graceful Movements and Breathing utilize energy for whole body healing. Amazingly powerful, yet so gentle that it is adaptable for any age or level of fitness. Class price is $12, but look for the saver package on the website (class page).
