Splash & Dash: Kirkland Kids Triathlon Set for Sept. 30
The fun event for children 3-12 is sponsored by Kirkland Parks, Studio East, Tri Freaks and Kirkland Children's Dentistry.

KIRKLAND, Wash. – Children, ages 3 to 12, will have a chance to splash, pedal and dash through the Kirkland Kids Triathlon at 1 p.m. on Sept. 30 at . The park is located at 9703 N.E. Juanita Drive. The Triathlon includes a 50-yard swim/splash, a half mile bicycle ride and a quarter-mile run. Registration is available online at www.kirklandparks.net or by calling (425) 587-3336 using course code 37086. The registration fee is $30 per participant and includes a free T-shirt. The race is non-competitive and an excellent opportunity for youth to experience the sport of triathlon.
