Woodinville Lavender Now Open to the Public

The family-based business has opened its on-site shop to the public, just in time to see the fields start to bloom.

Woodinville Lavender, with its three acres in the heart or the Woodinville’s wine country, is now open daily to the public.

, owners Tom and Brenda Frei have opened a shop on site where they can sell their fresh-cut bundles of lavender, sachets and other items made from dried lavender. The product line includes lotions, bath salts, oils and soaps. The couple opened up last weekend.

“We had such a fun opening weekend with visitors from around the Seattle area, Kentucky, Louisiana, Hawaii and Arizona. All were happy to have visited the farm and clearly lavender lovers,” they wrote to Woodinville Patch. “Our store is stocked and our early season crop of Folgate is in bloom and looking beautiful.”

The farm is open every day, Monday-Thursday noon- 7 p.m., Friday–Sunday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., 14223 Woodinville-Redmond Road NE. Check out the Facebook page for more details.

Currently the farm has more than 1,000 lavender plants and 25 different varieties, from mid-June to September the fields are in full bloom.
