We are starting to see some really nice specialty fish from Hawaii and the rest of the South Pacific -- onaga, opakapaka, monchong, akule, blue marlin, bigeye tuna, and whole albacore just started to come in season.

Troll-caught King salmon from Alaska is plentiful and prices have come down -- now is the time to buy the whole fish. We will cut, portion, vacuum=-pack and freeze for your freezer.
