Seafood for the 4th of July celebration

What a fantastic lineup for your 4th of July gatherings. There is such a variety of fresh seafood. Besides fresh halibut fillets and cheeks, king and sockeye salmon, there is yellow fin tuna, swordfish, ono-wahoo, blue marlin, mahi mahi, opah-moonfish, black cod, rockfish, true cod, petrale sole, ling cod, white sea bass, rainbow trout, there has been some 2#-up fresh whole cooked dungeness crabs available.
