Juanita Bay Park is one of the largest in Kirkland with acres of lawn and paved walkways for walks throughout the park. Picnic benches throughout are available for sitting and relaxing or enjoying a meal with others. A major part of the park is the expansive wetlands with a listing at the entrance of the park as to what wildlife lives within. Take a walk along the pathway to view the various natural habitats with prompters throughout to explain what is in each part of the wetlands. A favorite for bird watchers, wildlife such as Blue Heron, Redwing Blackbird and Hummingbirds all live here.
