Kirkland Teen Center
<p>Kirkland Teen Center, located in the heart of downtown Kirkland, is run by the YMCA and is for ages 13 through 19. There are lots of ideas for teens to explore here, including a cafe program that trains future baristas, a program that teaches how to do screen printing, and various internship opportunities. There are lots of music and art programs, too. This is a good place to come after school and just hang out.</p> <p>There are frequent live performances by local bands, and Friday and Saturday nights when there is a performance, the center stays open until 11:00 p.m.</p>
