Tim Caluya opened his own seafood store in 2005, after working at Pike Place Market for 13 years. His shop, Tim's Seafood, features all wild, local fish and shellfish, along with homemade crab cakes and halibut cakes. The store also carries a wide selection of marinades, and its website lists nearly 400 seafood recipes. Tim's Seafood ships worldwide and will pack items for international travel.
