Anju means &#34;one who lives in heart,&#34; and is the nickname of local chef and owner of the new Indian fusion restaurant, Anju, Anjalee. Nowhere does she demonstrate the aptness of this given diminutive more than in her food preparation. Influenced by the regional tastes of everywhere from her native city of Bangalore to Ketchikan, Alaska, where she grew up, Anju brings creativity and style to every dish she shares with you. In sharing this, she brings you small bites of her own experiences, and loves nothing more than to hear about the sensations they evoke within others. <br><br>&#34;<i>It is hard to explain the experience of eating Chitraana (lemon rice from) one day to having chicken noodle soup the next day, as I did moving from Bangalore to Ketchikan as a child.
