Kirkland's Wolf Puls Elected President of Realtors Group
Several other Kirkland brokers have been elected to leadership positions in the Seattle King County Realtors, an association active on housing and home-ownership issues.
The Seattle King County Realtors (SKCR) have elected Wolfgang Puls, a broker at Windermere’s Yarrow Bay office in Kirkland, as its 2012 president.
Puls has been a full-time realtor since 1984, is a Kirkland resident and lifetime member of SKCR, which is an association of more than 5,000 brokers active in governmental issues that affect private property rights, housing supplies, affordability and home-ownership opportunities. He has held multiple SKCR leadership postions and is a multi-year winner of Seattle Magazine’s annual “5-star agent/best in client satisfaction” recognition.
The group met recently to elect officers for 2012, and others include:
- President-Elect Joan Probala, Windermere Real Estate, Issaquah, and a Patch real estate columnist.
- Immediate Past President Kristen Greenlaw, Windermere Real Estate Northeast, Kirkland.
- VP Business Practices Peter Freet, Windermere Real Estate/East, Kirkland-Yarrow Bay.
- VP Governmental Affairs Roni Strupat, RE/MAX Performance Plus, Renton.
- VP-Elect Governmental Affairs William (Bill) O’Brien, John L. Scott, Seattle Center.
Rounding out the governing body is a 14-member board of directors:
