Update, 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 20: A downed tree at the 13800 block of Juanita drive knocked out power and crews took out a span of power wires this morning, Puget Sound Energy spokeswoman Terri Ann Betancourt said. Crews are on the way to repair the damage, and customers in the area should see their power restored by 3 p.m. today, she said.
Update, 12:15 p.m.: Juanita Drive near 138th has been reopened after winds knocked power lines onto the road earlier, Lt. Mike Murray of the Kirkalnd Police Deaprtment said.
The road was closed while Puget Sound Energy workers cleared the lines, and neighbors in the area reported that a tree was downed in the road and there were associate power outages.
We're waiting for confirmation from PSE that power has been restored to all local residents.

Juanita Drive near 138th is closed right now, apparently as authorities deal with a downed tree that knocked out power to the neighborhood and is blocking the road.

A Finn Hill resident posted the following on her FB page.....Juanita Drive is closed just south of Big Finn Hill Park - tree in middle of road and downed power lines - you have to drive around.
Police are diverting traffic around the closed area of Juanita Drive via 84th Avenue NE.
