Share Your Photos with Kirkland Patch!

Summer is here, promising sunshine, sunsets, afternoons at the park, swimming, hiking, barbecues and other family fun -- and we encourage you to share it with us in photos, even video.

You need not be a professional photographer. We'd like to see and share any good photo of the people, places, happenings and scenes around Kirkland.

Patch is designed as a participatory web site, and uploading photos is easy. Just click the link where it says "Manage your photos and videos" underneath the photo box on this story, select the photos you want to share from your computer and hit "upload." Your name will already be in the credits, so all you have to do is add the caption by clicking on "edit your photos." When you're done, just click "save."

Remember, large files load slowly; 1 MB is ideal.
