Kirkland Firefighters Quickly Douse Small Bathroom Fire in Houghton
The incident was initially reported as a multi-family structure fire, but the first units on the scene rapidly dealt with what turned out to be a small bathroom fire along NE 68th Street.
Kirkland Fire Department units responded Tuesday afternoon to what turned out to be a small bathroom fire at an apartment complex along NE 68th Street in Houghton, first reported as a multi-family structure fire.
The first two units on the scene quickly took care of the fire, in a unit of the complex in the 11000 block of NE 68th. There were no injuries, and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
