According to the Washington State Patrol, the accident happened when a log load shifted as the driver of a Kenworth tractor-trailer, a 42-year-old Lynnwood man, headed eastbound on 160th to the Northbound I-405 on ramp.

Another car, driven by a 63-year-old Lake Tapps man, ran into the fallen logs in his 2013

Update from WSDOT at 12:40 p.m.:
Update: *TWO* lanes now open (HOV and left general purpose) on NB I-405 at NE 160th.

Original story:

An overturned log truck on the ramp from NE 160th St. to northbound Interstate 405 has three lanes of I-405 blocked.

As of 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 11, the backup was about 3 miles long, and a crew was on scene to move the logs, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.

The HOV lane is open to all traffic. The ramp from NE 160th St. is also blocked. Drivers should consider alternate routes including taking SR 520 or I-90 to northbound I-5.

The 160th entrance to NB I-405 has also been closed for two hours and counting. Trooper Chris Webb has been tweeting updates and photos from the scene.

He said there was a minor injury in connection with the incident.
