Members of the Kirkland Police and Fire Departments conducted their annual Patriots Day ceremony Tuesday morning at City Hall, this year commemorating the 11th anniversary of terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center in New York, the Pentagon and Flight 93, which crashed in Shanksville, Penn.
