City Hosting Third 'Totem Lake Conversation' July 23

Businesses and citizens are being asked to share their thoughts about the future of are.

Kirkland Mayor Joan McBride and City Council Member Amy Walen invite Totem Lake Business District companies, interested stakeholders, and citizens to talk about the future of a vital urban center. The third conversation about Totem Lake continues at on July 23 from 12 to 1:30 p.m. For reservations, call the City Manager’s Office at 425-587-3001. Attendees are responsible for the cost of lunch. In 2010, the City hosted a Totem Lake Symposium where financial, development, and design professionals and local property and business owners shared ideas about how to revitalize the Totem Lake Business District.  Their concepts were integrated into the Totem Lake Action Plan which was adopted by the City Council in late 2010.

Hopelink's actions mandating Section 8 housing went too far. Sorry, you are off our list ofRead More organizations to support even though the support before was robust. City council listened to organized carpetbaggers and not the citizens they are sworn to represent. All that can be replaced need to go at the next election Hopelink needs to find folks to contribute who have not been done wrong by this organization.
