Survey to Help Kirkland Create Sustainable Living Education Series

The city wants to know what topics you'd like to learn more about, such as recycling, saving energy and/or wildlife and watersheds.

The City of Kirkland’s Environmental Services Program is creating an education series on sustainable living, and wants to know the type of topics you’d like to learn about, such as recycling, saving energy or watersheds and wildlife.

The series will be designed to broaden public knowledge through classes, tours and hands-on workshops. You can help create it by participating by May 15 in an online survey at www.kirklandwa.gov/ses.

Once you've complete the survey, if you provide your mailing address you’ll receive either a free stainless steel water bottle or reusable shopping bag. For details, contact Kelly Ferron, Kirkland’s Recycling Programs Coordinator at 425-587-3814 or kferron@kirklandwa.gov.
