Town Hall: Lawmakers of 45th District to Take Questions March 30 in Kirkland

State Sen. Andy Hill and state Reps. Larry Springer and Roger Goodman will host a town hall meeting Saturday, March 30 at Kirkland City Hall, providing updates on the 2013 Legislative session.

OLYMPIA - Members of Washington’s 45th Legislative District delegation announced Wednesday they will host a town-hall meeting on Saturday, March 30, in Kirkland.

State Sen. Andy Hill (R-Redmond) and Reps. Roger Goodman (D-Kirkland) and Larry Springer (D-Kirkland) will be on hand to provide updates about the 2013 legislative session and answer questions about a variety of issues facing the state including the budget, education, transportation and public safety among others.

The event will be held from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at Kirkland City Hall, located at 123 5th Avenue in Kirkland.

Residents will be able to ask questions in person, but are also encouraged to submit them in advance via email or phone by contacting a legislator’s office directly.

The 45th District includes Duvall and parts of Kirkland, Redmond, Sammamish and Woodinville.
