Lake Washington Edges Lake Tapps in Boys Lacrosse

Jake Bernstein scores four goals and Kangs battle to hang on in second half.

Jake Bernstein scored four goals as edged Lake Tapps 11-10 in boys inter-divisional high school lacrosse play Tuesday at the campus in Kirkland.

Lake Washington jumped to an 8-3 halftime lead before battling through the second half for the win. Ben Anderson added two goals and Reilly Blackner grabbed seven ground balls for the Kangaroos. Andy Russell scored three goals for Lake Tapps. 

The Kangs next take on Northshore, Thursday, March 24, in a 7:30 p.m. home start. Lake Tapps travels to Vancouver to take on King’s Way on Saturday, March 26.
